How does the creative leadership experience work?
- Our experiences work with a format of 4 working sessions plus a closing one. We work in 2-hour sessions, the minimum time required for art exercises to be completed properly.
- We have options for both team experiences (ideally groups of 8 people) and individual ones. Team sessions allow for a stronger focus on creative leadership aspects, while individual sessions provide deeper exploration of personal creative voice and ceramic techniques.
- The workshops are held in person, but we offer flexibility in terms of location – we can come to you or host the sessions at the ChiefWitchOfficer Studio. We are also preparing digital creativity capsules (let us know if you’re interested and we’ll keep you updated).
- We adapt to the needs of each group, but we suggest either a model of weekly sessions over 5 weeks or a team working session format as an intensive day-and-a-half escape (intense, but very effective!).
